Return Policy

1.      Return Eligibility

·       Returns are accepted for defective or damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or items that do not meet agreed-upon specifications.

·       Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods

2.      Return Authorization

·       Customers must contact our customer service team to request a return material authorization number (RMA) before shipping any items back; any shipments received by Archipelago that do not have an Archipelago RMA number will be refused.

3.      Condition of Returned Items:

·       Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

·       Any items not meeting these criteria may be subject to refusal or restocking fees.

4.      Return Process

·       Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise, unless the return is due to our error (ex. Defective or incorrect items).

·       Returns should be shipped to 2608 E 37th St Vernon, CA 90058, clearly marked with the RMA number on the package.
