  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted for defective or damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or items that do not meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods

  • Customers must contact our customer service team to request a return material authorization number (RMA) before shipping any items back.
  1. Condition of Returned Items:
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Any items not meeting these criteria may be subject to refusal or restocking fees.
  1. Return Process
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise, unless the return is due to our error (ex. Defective or incorrect items).
