- Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or items that do not meet agreed-upon specifications.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods
- Return Authorization
- Customers must contact our customer service team to request a return material authorization number (RMA) before shipping any items back.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Any items not meeting these criteria may be subject to refusal or restocking fees.
- Return Process
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise, unless the return is due to our error (ex. Defective or incorrect items).
